Final Exhibition

Everything is coming together finally, i have 10 days until my work has to go up on the walls. Still have 2 shoots to go and everything has to be printed and framed! ARGH!

Bridal shoot

Some images from the bridal shoot i did at the Hyatt hotel with Sophie Page, Nina Dateshidze, Emmie Ann, Roseanne velin, Opri Vesterinen, and Jo @ Rawhide Corsets. It was a very long day (11am - 8.30pm!!), but worth it. Everyone worked very hard.

Old Hollywood Glamour

A few weeks ago i had the pleasure of working with a plus size model from Australia named Laura Wells. She was fabulous to work with, and we were lucky enough to shoot in the custard factory gallery (big, white, bright open space!!), we also temporarily stole one of the sofas from reception. The shoot went well and im more than pleased with the results.

BILLBOARD!

I recently did a shoot for a band called Strangle Kojak, i found out yesterday that one of the photos has gone up on a digital billboard in Birmingham city centre!!

I went to see it today and had my photo taken infront of my first ever billboard photo. How exciting.

UCB FOOD PHOTOS

Last Wednesday i did some shots for 2 food students at UCB. My first shoot of the day was with Dan Mogg, who made a fig and walnut cake, which was absolutely gorgeous. Staring at it through a lens for 3 hours made me rather hungry...and i ate a huge slice when we were done.

My second student was Pandie Ho, who made some rasberry cheesecake french macaroons.Its a tricky recipe and she wasnt happy with how they were turning out, but we went with the 3rd batch.

We had trouble getting them to look right using flash, so we decided to go with the natural light coming through the window. Im really pleased with how they turned out.

Rubie L'amour

On Thursday i took some photos of a beautiful friend of mine Rubie L'amour. This is the start of my project on old Hollywood glamour. Here are some shots from the shoot. Of course i had alot of fun, glamorous women are my favourite subjects.
